Idle Pixel says nothing official about phones and has no app. Untested on a phone.

Free to play. Donor coins cost $1 each and buy 30-day perks, such as extra farming patches, 12 hours of offline time instead of 8, or +10% experience, plus cosmetic sigils.

None found. Donor perks are fixed and time-limited; the random treasure chests come from an in-game skill, not the shop.

How it plays

How Idle Pixel plays

Idle Pixel is a grid of skills: mining, farming, woodcutting, brewing, fishing, cooking, combat and more. Each one runs on its own timer, so a session is a round of restarting what has finished and spending what came in.

The game is small and plain to look at, and it is honest about money: the shop sells perks that last thirty days and say exactly what they do. Its developer has moved on to a new browser MMO, FlatMMO, and has said Idle Pixel will stay online; in 2026 the front page shows one update so far.

Your first half hour

  1. 0–5 min
    Create an account with a name of up to 12 characters. Normal mode allows trading; Hardcore and 1 Life are for a challenge.
  2. 5–15 min
    Start mining and woodcutting, then plant the first seeds so something is growing while you are away.
  3. 15–30 min
    Open the global chat and the player market to see what sells, then set long timers before you close the tab.

Accounts and ages

Sign-up asks only for a username and a password, so there is no email to recover a lost password with. The rules allow several accounts but forbid trading between them.

Idle Pixel has no age rating and its rules contain no minimum age. Its terms and privacy addresses return errors, so the rules page is the only policy we could read.
